Hello, My name is Zoe


Join me on a journey to reconnect to our bodies, breath, mind and nature.


Through 1:1 sessions, small group classes or day retreats you will strengthen the body following Pilates Principles as well as developing an understanding around the importance of foot health, reconnection to nature and functional breathing. 


We will explore the idea of movement snacks and how these can be integrated into your everyday life to develop your mobility and allow your body the freedom to move without pain.


As a certified Oxygen Advantage instructor I bring an awareness to the breath in all classes  but also offer 1:1 coaching in functional breathing.  If you suffer with breathlessness, poor sleep, anxiety, stress, snoring or even sleep apnea then the way you are breathing could have a significant effect on your health and wellbeing.  Through scientifically proven exercises you can optimise your health and fitness. 


I also offer barefoot coaching and workshops for those who may be living with chronic foot pain or those who are interested in a more barefoot life and may perhaps be transitioning to barefoot shoes.

I have ridden mountain bikes for years but have always suffered with lower back pain for a few days after a big ride.  After starting doing Pilates with Zoe I can now ride for hours without any discomfort!  I have also started a quick 10 minute early morning routine which helps set me up for the day.
